Updated the @vu5ec nucleus project to work on recent libbfd libs. Nucleus is a simple command line function and cfg detection tool from their 2017 paper "COMPILER-AGNOSTIC FUNCTION DETECTION IN BINARIES". Useful for tools that require lists of funcs or BBs
